I got the Personalized mugs last Friday from the very creative Roxanne Tamayo of Fotografi Rox Digital Printing Creations and Designs. The mugs are so lovely and it's really cute to see the Blog Idol logo design on it. I ordered 3 types of mugs for top 4-6. However our top 5 failed to submit her info on time so her prize will be converted to 5$ Cash Via Paypal.

Hooray! The Semi Final Round is on! Last week was such a HUGE blast. Wow guys, the fight is really really close. The scores will tell how close the fight is. But of course let's not take this game as a competition but more of having fun. You guys, have chosen great entries and I'm really really grateful to have you in this fun game.
Next week is the start of Semi Final Round and is the Make or Break round because the voters should only pick a song. Meaning to say, that's ONE VOTE per VOTER.
Round 7 will now allow Ex-Blog Idol Participants to vote.

Finally, here comes our Song Categories.
Take note that we have "First Come First Serve" policy for the song submissions. Check first if your song entries are not yet submitted by the other participants. If you submitted the same song, then you have to change it (i will notify you if that's the case)
As much as possible, submit English songs only. Though this is optional, i strongly recommend you to submit English songs since voters may come from different countries.
DO NOT REVEAL YOUR ENTIRE SONG ENTRIES TO YOUR BLOGS OR OTHER SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES YET.
This is a weekly competition that will run for approximately for 2 months so that means we have ONE SONG CATEGORY per week.
The game will be held at my main blog (TOP FIVE) and will officially start on the first Monday of September. Sunday will be the Elimination day (check the chart here). Voters can cast their votes from Monday to Saturday (12 pm) via comment system.
FOR PROMOTION, it's all up to you! You can blog about it, you can use your facebook, twitter or Google + account. Of course you have to link them to the right voting page to avoid any confusion.
We will have a scoreboard in my sidebar (TOP FIVE) to track your current rankings.

Sorry for the trouble guys, i am trying to edit the poll survey earlier tonight... i actually wanna change it From "multiple votes" to "one vote only system" but i failed and messed up the poll..

There will be some changes for this round because only one Poll will be open and activated. This is done to compress the votes and to make it easier for me to count the votes..

We all know that round 4 is the start of the one blogger per elimination, so there will be no more Polls for this round and we will focus more on the commenting system.

Should I Stop the Game?

First of all, i want to say Sorry for one of the participants here for causing a lot of trouble. I felt so guilty and i felt that it is all my fault. My main intention for this contest is just to bring fun and that's all. Just like what i said, i never treat this as a competition.. it is just a game and it is all for fun.
Please be fair, all contestants submitted a great song entries here and all did well in doing their part.
Just like what I've read from her blog, there are some what so-called "supporter" of a certain contestant here, keep sending emails that contains not so pleasant comments against this blogger. It was done by a certain idol supporter and not the contestant itself.
Please, i am begging you, do not make such this act. Just cast your vote fairly and do not send emails against other participants.
If you just know how badly it affects this blogger.
Now, all of a sudden ,i lost my motivation. I never thought that this contest will go this far. I thought it would bring fun to everyone but if it continue like this, i have n0 choice but to stop the game.
I am still confuse as of this moment and i really don't know what to do. I felt very very sorry for this friend of mine.
Please give me some advice....
