Tadah! We're all set now and listed below are the following schedules for our Blog Idol Competition

WEEK 1 (September 5, 2010) - 80's Medley Week - the two bloggers who will get the least number of votes (Elimination day - Sept. 11) Top 10 will be revealed!
WEEK 2 (September12) - Today's Hit Medley Week - 2 bloggers will be eliminated here (Elimination day - Sept. 18) Top 8 Will be Revealed!

Week 3 (September 19) - Love Song Medley Week - 2 bloggers will be eliminated
(Elimination Day - Sept. 25) Top 6 will be Revealed
Week 4 (September 26 ) Motown Week - only one blogger will be eliminated for this week
(Elimination Day - October 2) Top 5 will be revealed
Week 5 ( October 3) Country Week - 1 blogger will be eliminated (Elimination Day - October 9) Top 4 will be revealed
Week 6 ( October 10) 90's Medley Week- 1 blogger will be eliminated (Elimination Day - October 16) Top 3 will be revealed

Submit The Song Entries

Hi there guys, For those who haven't submitted their Song Entries, just make sure you submit them before August 25 so that i can set up the schedule for our Blog Idol.
We are all set to Start this coming September 5 (First Monday of September) so i'm hoping that all the songs will be submitted on time.
I will reveal the other prizes soon so please be updated here.

SONG CATEGORIES

Finally, here comes our Song Categories.
Take note that we have "First Come First Serve" policy for the song submissions. Check first if your song entries are not yet submitted by the other participants. If you submitted the same song, then you have to change it (i will notify you if that's the case)
As much as possible, submit English songs only. Though this is optional, i strongly recommend you to submit English songs since voters may come from different countries.
DO NOT REVEAL YOUR ENTIRE SONG ENTRIES TO YOUR BLOGS OR OTHER SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES YET.
This is a weekly competition that will run for approximately for 2 months so that means we have ONE SONG CATEGORY per week.
The game will be held at my main blog (TOP FIVE) and will officially start on the first Monday of September. Sunday will be the Elimination day (check the chart here). Voters can cast their votes from Monday to Saturday (12 pm) via comment system.
FOR PROMOTION, it's all up to you! You can blog about it, you can use your facebook, twitter or Google + account. Of course you have to link them to the right voting page to avoid any confusion.
We will have a scoreboard in my sidebar (TOP FIVE) to track your current rankings.
You can encourage Facebook Users and Twitter Users to vote as long as they will provide their profile url and much better if they'll add me as a friend (my facebook here) (my twitter here) so that i can notify them that they're votes has been counted.
